18th August 2014

MotoScotland Inveraray weekend has been such an overwhelming success this year making over £820.00s for Kirsty's Kids. We are so grateful to our Sponsors for the hard work which had gone into making this an incredible event. Further details are to follow soon with a full report on this event and the incredible prizes which have been donated.

Stand by for fun from The Ayrshire Team who have been hard at work. 50 pots of jam have been made by Angela Smith. The volunteers are gearing up to make Saturday (23 August) a fun day down in Ayrshire. If you are in the area pop down to Maidens and enjoy a day at the seaside with the volunteers.

We have been receiving regular donations this year which help to keep us alive and functioning as a growing Charity, which helps our children across the UK.

Each day has produced fantastic news of new support and new visitors. It was wonderful to receive a visit from NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) representative Billy Russell and to show both Billy and daughter some of the things we do to make the families feel at home. Thanks to The NCCA for once again hosting the family day out carnival at Wickstead Park in September this year. We look forward to attending.

Thanks to everyone for the continued support. Don't forget we need families to be considered and nominated. This can be a family with a child who is having a tough time or parents who look after their children who are maybe in need of some TLC following ill health trauma. The list is endless.
