MCN Scottish Bike Show 2015

A fantastic weekend at the MCN Scottish Bike Show.

A massive thanks to everyone who worked so hard for us raising £1,738.58, including £800.00 from the Blue Knights Scotland II. From all at Kirsty's Kids, we are lost for words. Awesome. We will keep you all posted on how every penny will go to improve the lives of those who need us. Not one penny will be spent on overheads or fundraising costs. The only guys who benefit are the kids. Thanks this is unprecedented for a single weekend.

Saturday alone provided a special week care break for an entire family. The felt sculptures made by children were also a big hit and sold out.

Kirsty's wee bike bike found the support of the Classic Bike Magazine, in honour of her work. Thanks to the organisers for the fantastic support and to our sponsors for the auction and raffle prizes.

3rd May 2013

The Girls in Ayrshire decided that they would rise to the challenge and organised a charity shop in Maybole on 3rd of May. This event was previously aided massively by the late Mrs Ann Pointer. It is a real tribute to the ladies for getting together and getting stuck in without Ann there to organise.

30 April 2013

It is with the greatest of thanks that we at kirsty's Kids' have been informed that the Nations Carpet Cleaning Community Organisation - The Approved Carpet Cleaning Association (TACCA) have the final tally for their massive fun fundraising charity event at their national convention last weekend.

Members worked hard at making the event a success and have raised £3,210 for Kirsty's Kids'. We are overwhelmed by the support of the TACCA members.

They are a group of hard working professionals who devote their time to hard work in looking after the nations floor coverings and soft furnishings. They are also very caring individuals who are dedicated to providing their best and also at digging deep for us. This is such a wonderful outcome and will mean so much more can be achieved in the months ahead.

Thank to everyone for the continued support. This makes our £15,000 target so much more attainable together we can make a difference.
